Our online service makes it easy. You can easily see available days and times and choose a therapist. Once you schedule online, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email the day before your massage appointment. You can also call us at 503-287-1444 or send us an email.
Unfortunately, we are not able to take walk-ins. Although same-day appointments may be available, the best option is to check HERE or call us at ( 503)-287-1444
In the confirmation email, you find a link to reschedule if needed. If you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your session time, please contact YOUR THERAPIST DIRECTLY.
You will find the therapists' direct lines in your appointment confirmation email. Massages canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full charge.
Of course, we understand that life happens, and nobody WANTS to miss out on their massage; if you are ill, injured, or unable to make your session due to a personal emergency, we may be able to waive the cancelation fee.
Please respect that we are a small business, and each missed appointment affects us. In the case of a late cancellation, we will do our best to fill the time slot; if we do, you won't be charged. So please let us know right away!
