75 Minutes | $140
90 Minutes | $160

A Mama Wellness Session combines hands-on therapeutic massage and a custom movement practice explicitly designed for each mama. It is great for newly postpartum moms or seasoned mothers of many years.

The first sixty minutes of the session are hands-on massage therapy and assessment, and the last twenty minutes of the session are off the table and dedicated to a personalized exercise therapy sequence.

Maternity massage helps alleviate tight muscles, soothe the nervous system, boost the immune system, and offer much-needed rest and TLC. In addition, it can help address body pain from birth, breastfeeding, and chronic tightness and possibly help milk production and sleep.

Some of the movement strategies include:

  • Yoga and stretching
  • Strengthening exercises
  • Self-massage
  • Foam rolling
  • Education on how to use assistive tools at home
  • Stress reduction strategies
  • Breathing techniques.

Combining strategic movement & therapeutic massage is a very effective way to relieve pain and restore physical and mental strength.

It can help with:

  • Lower back pain
  • Diastasis Recti
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Headaches
  • Arm & wrist pain
  • Cesarean scar massage
  • Reconnecting to the core
  • Learning how to get back into exercising safely
  • Postpartum Depression

Sara will lead the movements and make adjustments or suggest props as needed. The sequence can also be recorded; a digital download will be available for at-home practice.

These sessions can be with or without your baby in the office. We want to make mom's self-care as easy as possible!
