A Mama Wellness Session combines hands-on therapeutic massage & a custom movement practice explicitly designed for each mama. Great for newly postpartum moms or seasoned mothers of many years.
Maternity massage helps alleviate tight muscles, soothe the nervous system, boost the immune system, and offer much-needed rest and TLC. In addition, it can help address body pain from birth, breastfeeding, chronic tightness, and possibly help milk production and sleep.
The first sixty minutes of the session are hands-on massage therapy and assessment. And twenty minutes of the session is off the table and dedicated to a personalized exercise therapy sequence.
Sara will lead the movements and make adjustments or suggest props as needed. The sequence can also be recorded, and a digital download will be available for at-home practice.
