Mikayla Kreeger, LMT, studied Massage Therapy at the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and graduated in March 2019. She received her B.S. in Biology with a Health Science Concentration at Hawaii Pacific University in 2023 and is now pursuing a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine.
Mikayla has over five years of experience practicing massage, including working alongside Chiropractors and Physical Therapists and in high-end spas, where she provided massage to address localized pain and tension, post-surgical rehabilitation, prenatal discomfort, stress, and more. She is committed to creating a plan to meet each individual client’s needs by combining multiple massage modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, gua sha, pain management techniques, and reciprocal inhibition.
Mikayla believes healing through touch can be a powerful and meaningful way to treat pain or provide relaxation to support her client’s overall health and well-being.
